the absolute ruler in the sense of an unlimited possibility. He is above and before all things, He is God and He knows every detail. His power is unchecked by any human law or understanding, He is a supernatural healer, provider and comforter. the title of Sovereign Lord is used to emphasize the reigning power of God in all things, all things are known to Him.
